CLAT 2023 Dwell Updates: Provisional reply key out at consortiumofnlus.ac.in

The Consortium of National Law Universities (Consortium of NLUs) conducted the Common Law Admission Test today from 2 pm to 4 pm. The CLAT 2023 examination will be conducted at 127 Test Centres in 23 States and 2 Union Territories across India. The preliminary answer key has been released at consortiumofnlus.ac.in, the official CNLU website.

“93.6% of the candidates registered for the CLAT 2023 Undergraduate test, and 91.7% of the candidates registered for the CLAT 2023 Postgraduate test appeared for the test. Admissions to the five-year integrated Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes for Academic Year 2023-24 will be based on CLAT 2023”, reads the official website.

Candidates will be able to raise objections to the provisional answer key by December 19 and the final CLAT 2023 answer key will be released on December 24. The duration for the CLAT 2023 examination will be for two hours or 120 minutes. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

CLAT 2023 UG Syllabus:

These questions would be divided into the following 5 subjects:

English Language

Current Affairs, including General Knowledge

Legal Reasoning

Logical Reasoning

Quantitative Techniques

CLAT 2023 PG Syllabus:

The first section would include 120 objective-type questions carrying 1 mark each. 

The paper will be based on the mandatory subjects of the undergraduate program and include Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, and Labour & Industrial Law.

    Candidates have to pay a fee of Rs1,000 for each objection. The portal for objections will close at 09:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022,

    CLAT 2023 answer key released: Know how to raise onjections

    Login to your CLAT account at consortiumofnlus.ac.in

    Next, click on ‘Submit Objections’.

    Click on the ‘Submit Objection’ button.

     Select the ‘Type of Objection’, i.e., ‘About the Answer Key’ or ‘About the Question’, as appropriate.

    Enter your objection details and click on ‘Submit Objection’.

    Once all your objections are submitted, click the ‘Make Payment’ button to make a payment.

    CLAT 2023: Raise objections from December 19

    Candidates can raise objections to the Master Question Paper and Provisional Answer Key, if any, from 9:00 A.M. on Monday, December 19, 2022, till 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

    Candidates shall only be allowed to carry the following inside the Test Centre:

     Admit Card (In case your photograph is not clear on the Admit

    Card, you shall bring a self-attested photograph);

     Government ID Proof

     A Transparent Water Bottle
